ORDER CHANGES & EXCHANGES

 

– Due to the Global Pandemic Coronavirus, COVID-19, the option to make any type of change in the purchases made, has been extended from 30 days to 60 days. These are the terms until the current situation is normalized. According to our company policies, all the garments to be exchanged must be clean, with the original hygiene stickers, unwashed, without stains and with the original labels.

NOTE: Additionally, the original purchase box must be included in the package. In case of doubts regarding this point, you can contact us by email at contact@osiriseashop.com. We will be happy to help you.

– OSIRISEA will cover the shipping costs to deliver the new pieces through a priority courier service.

– The costs to send the garments you want to change back to our warehouse will be borne by the customer.

Exchanges of purchased special promotion items and programs are NOT allowed:

– We are here to assist with your purchase. We recommend that you always ask for the shipping tracking number in order to know the shipping situation at all times. We are not responsible for lost shipments using other couriers.

– OSIRISEA does not accept changes or returns on International shipments in which the client has not accepted the payment of customs duties in his/her country of residence.

– If OSIRISEA receives items after 21 days, the customer will be offered a credit in the store for the same amount to be able to use without limit or expiration date in the purchase of another product.

– You are allowed 1 size or model change for each order. The second change will be final.

RETURNS

– Due to the Global Pandemic Coronavirus, COVID-19, the return period for all purchases has been extended to 60 days until the current situation is normalized. According to our company policies, all the garments to be returned must be clean, with original hygiene stickers, unwashed, without stains and with the original labels.

* Returns are not allowed in special promotions

In case of return; the customer will take care of sending the package to our warehouse address.

( maybe this can be clarified. The refund of the purchased amount will be issued within 3 to business days after receipt of the original items. During a holiday period, this may take a little longer, with a maximum of 7 business days.
